   AI Signal does not execute transactions on behalf of users and does not act as an intermediary in any transaction.

   Nothing in the Services constitutes: • A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset • An offer or solicitation to engage in any investment transaction • Portfolio management, discretionary trading, or asset management services
