   1. Non-Custodial and User-Controlled Transactions

   AI Signal is a non-custodial software provider. • We do not hold, custody, or control user funds or digital assets • We do not have access to private keys, wallets, or user credentials • All transactions are initiated, approved, and signed solely by the user through their own wallet

   AI Signal does not execute transactions on behalf of users and does not act as an intermediary in any transaction.

   1. No Broker-Dealer, Exchange, or Advisory Relationship

   AI Signal: • Is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution • Does not provide investment advice, financial advice, or trading recommendations • Does not execute trades or route orders on behalf of users • Does not operate as an exchange, marketplace, or trading venue

   Nothing in the Services constitutes: • A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset • An offer or solicitation to engage in any investment transaction • Portfolio management, discretionary trading, or asset management services
